Hello. does anybody know of an area called 'Virrey' up in the hills in the south and if they have do they have any information on it? Thankyou very much.

That is, if you are referrring to a city in the first place... I guess every city has some kind of "Virrey" neighbourhood as every city has a "Plaza de Bolivar". If you're referring to something in the South of Bogotá: there's a neighbourhood in the South towards Usme in the district (localidad) of San Cristobal or Usme, up the hills known as "Altos del Virrey" (calle 91 sur # 3C or something like that). Geordieboy85 says on Oct 23, 2007, 21:32: Hello, ive just got back from spending one month there and ive had a great time, where i stayed was a very poor area but probably one of the reasons i was ok, everybody is too busy trying to make a living i dont think many people even realised i was there. I noticed as long as you use common sense and dont go out late, there is a good chance you will be ok. Thankyou for all your advice anyway. take care
