I recently learned about Tumbacatre and Tumbaseca drinks and I am very curious to try them myself. Does anyone have any recipe for these drinks? They are supposed to have originated in the Pacific/Atlantic coast regions.
Please share....

Gator says on Dec 12, 2007, 06:22: Tumbacatre made from the fruit of the Borojó tree. Collect a iron pot full of Borojó fruif and ferment five days, changing the water each day. The boil for at least 12 hours using the same iron pot. Let cool, throw everything away and eat the pot. "Credidi pretio parvo emere et magno vendere tibi in animo fuisse!" . 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
