Dear PBH's,
I know that there exist many "agencies" in Medellin who claim to be experts at selling property (rather than renting them out, that is the easier thing).
I have an apartment to sell in the barrio of Boston and at present the response has not been good. I fear that the one agency that I feel may have a decent reputation, namely Alberto Alvarez who I am using at present, is located in the wrong place, ie Laureles and the clients who visit them are not appropriate for my little space in Boston. They have an office in the centre but unfortunately they only deal with renting.
Does anybody know or has anybody used successfully an organisation based in the centre of Medellin, rather than the flashier joints located in El Poblado etc.
Your help in this matter would be gratefully received.
PS This is not an attempt to advertise to you people, just an attempt at information retrieval.
Many thanks,
Ken

kenblanquito says on Oct 1, 2008, 17:26: Many thanks for answering the request cdy and so promptly; I will e-mail for his details tomorrow and compare what he has to say with any other responses that I may obtain from the other PBH's. Actually, the fact that he speaks good English will be helpful but the devil in me always likes to try to speak in Spanish, just to see if I can do it and to assess whether my Spanglish is understandable and still "improving"!
