Do you have Cable TV and Cable Internet in Cartagena?

Anyone in Cartagena using a Cable TV and/or Cable Internet service? What kind of upload/download internet speeds do you receive, and what company are you using? The cost of your service?

i am researching better alternatives to the Telecom service i currently have, as my office is located in the Plaza de la Aduana of the walled city. Telecom offers 640kbps downlaod and 384kbps upload. Upload speeds are important as i send streaming video files.

Any suggestions from Cartagena PBHers?
