Michael Jackson wasn't realistic He attempted to change his Facial features from that of a Black to that of a white. If one is realistic in their desires and has the operation performed by a competent Plastic Surgeon, Rhinoplasty(nose job) is safe in this day and age. This procedure isn't open heart or Neuro surgery. Tell her to get a minimum of 3 opinions and tell her to ask the surgeons if they belong to their professional societies such as the Col Board of Reconstructive Surgeons or their equivelent. Don't always be misled by a Fancy office with fancy furniture with a wallfull of certificates that may or not be indictitive of their skill.

I don't know any good reason for your daughter have a nose surgery if her nose is fine at least the surgery could be functional. That was my case so what I can do for you is recommend you my doctor, one of the best surgeon. He is very responsible and he won't operate your daughter without a reason. That could give you some tranquility and a second opinion.
