Direct TV or Dish Network which do Colombianas prefer?

I know Direct TV has CARACOLTV. Dishnet has TVColombia. Which channel would be preferred by the Colombian girl?

Who cares? If she wants to watch Colombian TV, she should have stayed the hell in Colombia. We had a couple of months of telenovelas but once the kids learned English that was it for Spanish television. I think I'm the only person in the house who watches it occasionally now.

Disclaimer: any comment I make is inane and is not to be taken seriously, and is so patently ridiculous that no one should take it seriously, even as an insult.

Can't tell you what ALL would prefer I can't speak for ALL colombianas, but I can tell you what my wife prefers, and that is Caracol. Rarely does she have the TV tuned to anything else when she is watching TV. Most of the "better" telenovelas are found here - again, in the opinion of my wife.

Just a personal note: It's a good thing that I will be leaving in 2 days, because if I have to spend one more week of watching an episode of any novela, I'm going to put a gun to my head and pull the trigger.

Brian858 I can only speak for DirecTV since I have Direct since the beginning of this year.
The international news are best, you or your girl will be tuned on 100% Colombian affairs if you care to remain knowledgeable about Colombia.
However, if you do not want to watch any accurate information about Colombia, you or wife can continue to be in limbo about Colombia and the world (Spanish world) just continue watching the shows offered by US Spanish Network.
I have noticed several professionals with the highest degree in their field but when they post any comments on Colombia they show they are the greatest ignorant people on earth, and evidently and unfortunately their spouse also becomes affected.

Overall Caracol has a better programming and I believe RCN also has excellent programming. If your wife or girlfriend has a high dislike about watching English channels, which I do not know why some people might have such behavior, than your or your mate will be very pleased to watch Colombian entertainment shows!
