I think Erikapotatoes is talking about Colombianos in Miami. They are more desperate than the ones in Colombia. Colombian guys in Colombia seem more relaxed and more polite with women. I think the gringos that go to Colombia are more perro. Thats the reason they are there in the first place.

"Latino" is very difficult to define. Frenchman, Italian and Romanians are lumped together with Mexicans, Colombians, Bolivians,etc. I guess it would be alright to include Puerto Ricans, Cubans and Dominicans. The word comes from Latium which was an ancient country in Italy.
