I was wondering if anyone else has been having this problem lately.
Over the past few weeks, every time I try to call my wife's cell phone, it has been dead on the line. No ringing, no voice recording advising that the phone is shut off nothing.
I have no problem with land line calls, but her cell phone never seems to pick up. Is this common?

Calls to cell phones are more expensive for your long distance carrier than calls made to land-lines.

Maybe its the city you're calling. My doll lives in Barranquilla and there never seems to be a problem with getting through unless I call her using one of those cheap 1 cent a minute calling cards. But if I call from my computer using Skype or one of the more expensive calling cards, it always works.
