dialing code for Bogota

hello...i need to fax some paperwork over to the us embaassy in bogota tomorrow...I have the fax number but I dont have the dialing code...ie area code...I am currently in medellin...can anyone tell me what i would have to dial prior to the 7 digit number i have?
