This guy was really famous at one point because it was so unusual to see someone dancing like that in the streets. There was a documentary about Colombians in the States on HBO Latino where they interviewed him and he said he couldn't go back to Colombia. I translated that as him saying that he didn't have his legal papers in order.

I like him. He seems like a good guy.

This guy on Carrera 7ma would dance with the rag doll and look carefully when a woman passes driving a car, all of a sudden the guy would kind of throw the rag doll in front of the car, causing the woman driver to panic and the lookers to laugh.

LOL, yeah, I've seen this guy too many times on the 34st street Herald Square station, nearby Macy's and all the other stores. Good place to make money from all the shoppers and tourist traffic.
