Custom checks/limits in Bogota

No not 5 ipods Bob! Just one for her nephew. But she insisted on buying bunch of stuff for the family and friends also - I am only worried about the electronics because generally they have a higher price there and may be subject to custom duty. In india they charge 200 to 300% custom duty on electronics like TVs, DVD players, PCs, ipods, cameras etc.; so I want to be prepared to bring it back if they so decree - however some of the cameras and radios are from one of her friend who has sent this to her at the last minute. And yes everything will be unpacken - no boxes. Anyone know? I can't find anything on the internet when I try. Thanks all
