Does anybody know if there is a good place to exchage norwegian crowns in Bogota? Or, as i suspect, will it be definetily a bad idea to bring those?

Very unlikely, I suggest you get Euros before leaving and then you can exchange them at most Exchange Houses (Casas de Cambio), or better yet, get dollars, you can exchange them everywhere.

Based Upon... the ease of use/changeability I would probably bring dollars.

Some USD/EUR... Just in case, for in you need something to buy at any airport, but otherwise, just have an ATM-card and withdraw money when you need. At the airport to pay hotel or taxi... or in the city (nice, secure place).
