Craig's List now serves Colombia

I saw that a month or so ago, but there isn't much on there I don't think. I use Craig's List a lot, but I wonder how well it will catch on in Colombia.

I hear you I know what you mean... I guess it would take a lot of word-of-mouth but at least it's established. I was thinking of putting ads there for bringing things back from the US for a fee... Sony Playstation IIIs or Apple iPhone (when it comes available). Still, it's a great online classifieds site.

I use it here in Miami to Buy and Sell with good sucess. A Few weeks ago I had a chance to pick up a Free 14' Sea Kayak that had a 2 inch crack in it, easy $10 repair but I had no space to store it. Now I'm looking for Rolladen Hurricane Shutters on CL. The Free Column offers some amazingly good items just for a pickup.

Craigslist, Colombia I know. I just meant for whatever it's worth. I haven't used because much for Colombia because it's been so sparce. Who knows, maybe it'll catch on as a free dating site here instead of Match.com. Better yet if it were also in Spanish. Can't beat the price though. P.s. I love the "Free" category too! I haven't new bought clothes in two years. (j/k)

I posted a few weeks ago and received several replies - regarding where to watch the SuperBowl (one from you, Alex ... thank you ... didn't get a chance to check out the Bogota Beer Company but will check it out in April). I am trying to spread the word through my girlfriend in Bogota ... but what usually happens is she looks over the CL-Boston "for sale" site, finds something of interest, sends a response and I have to go pick up the item in Boston ... oh well, at least she's using CL ...
