Cost of Private Schools In Medellin

Hi, I was born and raised in Medellin until I was 16. I am now 28 and have an 8 year old daughter and I am going back to Medellin to live there for 1-2 years so my daughter can learn spanish better and learn her culture and for me to be with my family again.
I want my daughter to go to either a bilingual school or an all-girl private school. The thing I will be living there with a small budget and I want to know how much it will cost a month for her school and the cost of school bus and uniforms. I will be living in the Barrio La Floresta but will have to send her on school bus.
Could anyone please help me?
and also I want to know how much eating at home mostly would cost a month? I am trying to make sure I will be able to survive there with my budget. and if is not too much to ask the average rent cost per month for a one bedroom apt. in the Floresta area. ( can be calazans, Santa Lucia, Estadio)

Thanks,

Antioqueñita

Colegios I don't have any kids yet, but my bestfriend's daughter is 5 years old, and is very happy studying in el Jesus Maria, which is an all-girls school in por el Estadio. The quality of education there is very high, and from what my friend tells me, the price is very favorable. They are a regular middle-class family with an apartment in Laureles, and one car. They don't live without anything, and don't have an excessive spending habit, and they are very happy with the school. If you have any questions, please PM me, and I can get you more information, if you need it. Good luck!

My sister-in-law is a teacher at a private school in Medellin - somewhere near the city airport. I'll try to find out more tonight.

Disclaimer: any comment I make is inane and is not to be taken seriously, and is so patently ridiculous that no one should take it seriously, even as an insult.
