It depends if you have properties in common that has to be shared, so you have to put them in a "Liquidación de sociedad conyugal". In that case, the official fee is 1,5% of the value of the act.
But you can do it without using a lawyer and simply relate to the notaria and talk with them about the price, that will surely be much much cheaper.
