Can I find corn meal and/or corn starch in the major grocery stores in Colombia? I know they have stuff to make arepas with but is that the same? If they do have them, what are they called here?

Some places you can find mills, they could grind what you want if you can show or explain how fine you want it ground. Here in the Valley of Tenza all towns have mills. I don't know aboutother areas.
