I bought a prepago phone from comcel the other day because I was told that my phone from Canada wouldn't work here. I heard the other day that I can just change the SIM cards over. Both my Colombian and Canadian phones are Motorolas. Can I simply take the SIM card out of my new phone and put it in my old phone and have it work with no problems?
I like my Canadian phone much better since I'm more used to using it and it's a nicer model with more features. I don't want to ruin either phone by swapping SIM cards around and such.
Does anyone know?

ducaticole says on Oct 27, 2007, 09:40: Found the answer. For my phone, it's not possible. Some Canadian carriers use phones that don't have SIM cards. My phone happens to be one of those. The actual phone is a different version and doesn't even have a slot for a SIM card to be installed.
