Comcel Analysis...

Hey guys,

I'm trying to work out comcels plans (with phone) off the net...

does anyone know about these things?

eg Just looking at plans..there is Plan Junior Promocion On Net $18.900+iva.

Or looking at the phones..
for Nokia 6101:Plan Junior 06I Abierto Promoción On Net $429.000+IVA

I have no idea... if that 429.000 in total (ie plan plus phone)???
or is it 429000 +12x18900?

Comcel Prepaga is damned expensive... 1 mil pesos per minute...but...only took me 10 minutes to get set up with a Comcel SIM for my T Mobile phone. I will look into a regular plan later...thinking about the 80mil plan with its 400 minutes but only to get the new phone. Not sure yet. I know its a hassle with a plan and I am not sure a gringo can get one...any input on this??
Can I get a plan if I'm from the US? Is Movistar or Ola better?
