Colombian shoes sizes are the same as Euro sizes. Most major athletic brand shoes will have both Euro and US sizes on the box label, as well as UK, Jap, cm, etc.

They use Euro sizes. approx 3.8 to 4 to 1 ratio. Not such a stupid question. She could be mail ordering a special shoe.
