and why do you post this? Personal messages are meant to be personal, that is what they are for. I am sure the sender would have posted the message if he wanted it posted.

So no matter what the content is, you broke that persons trust in you for seeing a PM as what it is, a personal message, and not a public post.

Since you see no need in responding to your own earlier posts and the responses written by other members, you are also behaving disrespectful. Some assume you are a troll and just posting to cause trouble.

I see no need to say more to you. May everybody else make up their own minds about you and respond or not.

I am laughing at this post, is he serious? he is treating this as if it was a national epidemic or something that should be elevated to the presidential level. What a loonie.

Food Where did you eat? You must have ate at one of those street venders during the fesival of flowers. Do you know that there is a myth that before the strat of the festival they round up all of the stray dogs in the city. Where do you think they get all their meat from? I have never had any problems with the food in Medellin or any other part of Colombia. I do have a mother-in-law who cooks for me also.

Miguel and others Best is for now just to ignore the threads he started. Although from reading some of the posts now we can use his threads for comic relief. It looks like most understood his personal hygiene problems.

If he starts a Part 3 we've had enough of his humor.

greenday says on Jan 20, 2005, 04:30:

greenday Londonmale, everywhere in the world there are problems with hygiene in restaurants. Here in the US, where I live (a metropolitan area of 5 million people), restaurants are constantly being closed down by the health department due to either bad hygiene or bacteria. I'm sure it happens in England, and elsewhere.
Ever use the restroom in a MacDonld's here in the US?? Talk about filth!!!!!
I've always found the restrooms in Colombia very clean and sanitary. In fact, all the restrooms in nice restuarants in Colombia even have Listerine dispensers. Londonmale, maybe you should make an upgrade on the eating establishments you frequent.
As I stated in an earlier post, after over 10 years traveling to Colombia, I've never had a stomach ailment. Of course, I don't eat at places that have chicken kabobs sitting outside all day either. There are many places here in the U.S. that I don't frequent either, for example, buffets where the food sits out all day.
As far as the person who sent you that PM, too bad he (or she) doesn't have the backbone to make such posts in public on the board. Of course, that person is probably just as shallow as you. Don't puff your chest out too far because someone agreed with you on this (albeit via private mail), for even a blind squirrel finds an acorn every now and then.
