I wanted to show you my new plant, it is a weed from Colombia( not the other one!) you touch it and it closes, we call it the "dormidera").

It took me yeeeeeaaaaars to grow it, now I have few. People are very pleased and amazed with it.

Papi, papito LOL Hey thanks, that is a start. "Shut Eye"

Tinto. There actually was a contraption touted a few years back that supposedly did just that. I think it never really made it to production, but the idea was that you would have a fragrance dispenser with certain base fragrances. A web page would then have some code that told the machine which scents to mix and in what proportions.

The company was called DigiScents. There is an odd blog about the whole mess at http://digiscents.com/blog/index.php.

Braden & CG, I side with you all, Lisa had me all excited for a great post as I eagerly awaited my mobile GPRS to load this post, now I am glutton...thanks Lis!
Guys we can hijack Lisa's post anyways....I remember a post last year talking about flavored pre-rolled of the good stuff, pre-packaged and vender's selling on the streets. Was having such a good time in Pereira I forgot to look, damn!

Yeah what a let down. But she asked for it with that killer title.

"The Cuervo Gold; The fine Colombian, Makes tonight a wonderful thing"

That fine Colombia Donald Fagan wrote about from back in 60's and 70's came from La Guajira. The herb available in Colombia nowadays is pretty much dirt - not that I'm a huge smoker but once in a blue moon if everything is right... But not here, unfortunately. Plus I get drug tested for work and don't want to chance it.

Can I post a photo without getting banned?

Lisa - That weed is all over lawns in Hawaii. When I was a kid, I used to love brushing my foot against them and get them to close. Thanks for reminding me of something I haven't seen in awhile.

Oh, and Roci - The best pakalolo is in Hawaii.

Yeah at the hour the script runs. Wait until a few minutes after the hour and give yourself a cool 59 minutes. - like this post for instance. I can go out for breakfast, do the early morning constitutional, shower and still have time to edit my post.

Lisa I remember your son being fascinated by the globos (me too) and now these plants. He sounds like a fun kid.

It's Mimosa Pudica, known as the sensitive plant in England

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mimosa_pudica

I've found it everywhere in the world where it's hot, common by road sides. My first encounter gave me quite a shock as I was having a pee at the time.

Thanks El Flaco! I've know it as "sleeping grass" and I see that is one of the many names for it.

It's a pity that we have to be constrained to watching the clock before we make a comment.

CG knows all to well that all he had to do was subtract timestamps in the update method and check for > 10 mins and that's that. Pass that variable to the page and wrap it around the edit button. The Mickey Mouse script every hour seems like the same amt of work.
