Colombian Taxes for Foreign Resident on a work visa

Does anyone know of a link for the tax breakdown in Colombia. I am still in the running to move permanently to Colombia with my US employer but it would not be a typical expat. Meaning they would not cover Colombian taxes. It would be a permanent transfer and employment with our Colombian division and their pay an benefit system. I have found some links..but the rates appear to be old. One of them seems to indicate that a foreigner pays the highest rate on all earnings. I also know there is a integral wage that means you exclude about 30% of wages and pay tax on the rest.

Also what is the % for pension contribution? Any info would be appreciated. My Colombian co workers know what the rates are for them but I am not certain it is the same for those on a work visa.
