Ikobo.com One of the best. Is back in Business. A new bank took over their transfer service. Have been using them for a few yrs. A lot cheaper then Western Union, Cashpin, Xoom and the sort. Sign up, and they send the recipient a debit card. No hassles of going to the bank. They can just go to any ATM. There is like a $1.50 charge per transaction. Good rates tho.Enjoy!!!
