I would'nt marry an American woman unless she is a virgin either. Not that all Colombian girls are slutty but there would have to be some real love for the gringo if the Colombiana to gave him her virginity. Even the most mercenary Colombiana looking to scam a gringo most likely would'nt do that. For me, not only would the Colombiana have to be a virgin, but also from a middle class or rich family. Then when I bring her to the U.S. I will only give her $4 a day for lunch until she finds a job. Then we will split all living expenses down the middle. Thats real love.

Well, the odds are that you won't find a Virgin over 18. The news stated that 60% of the school girls between the ages 12 and 15 are pregant.

That tells me poverty isn't going away soon and finding a virgin, at least one going to public school will be difficult. Maybe impossible unless one would consider "MAKING AN UGLY WOMAN YOUR WIFE". (for the rest of your life).

I still wonder about school kids aged 16 to 18 ? What's the deal ? Who knows, that's the problem with T.V. news, it can sometimes leave you wondering.

I had lofty goals, same as Morphus.

I wanted a woman with BIG BOOBS and was willing to work hard to meet that goal. Just a question... How do you know they are virgins? My guess is they told you. I am thinking that it may be possible that they could be lying. Same question when looking for that virgin bride. I would consider the possibility that a woman could lie about this. Especially if she thinks it's a dealbreaker.

Well.. from my own experience I can say a Colombian can do very well with an extranjera girl (I am not from the States, so no gringa :P).
We have been together for almost 3 years, we'll get married this summer.
I'm his first girl and he's my first guy, even though he is a bit older than me (he is almost 24 and I'm 20). He speaks English fluently and is well educated.
He is really great with me and very loyal.
Soon will be moving back to Colombia to live with him, study and build up our life together IN Colombia.

Beware the sweet talk I am not gringa I am a Brit but married to a Colombiano for 7 years (together 10). I was in a 16 year relationship which I ended when I met him. I fell in love big time. He is tall and good looking. BUT I have never had as many problems as I have since we got married. I just don't think he's the marrying type. Unfortunately it's a bit late now as we have a child. There are certain in built stereotypes (ie I stay home while he goes out to enjoy himself in clubs) that seem irreconcilable. We are so different that sometimes I just spend all my time trying to understand him and it's exhausting. I would just say take your time with a Colombiano and don't rush into it as I did.
