Colombian_in_Arabia says on Jun 24, 2006, 07:20: The Changua with Calado Yes. The delicious Changua with calado, somethimes with a fried egg or 2, sometimes with cilantro, sometimes even with an empanada. The official breakfast of Colombian truckdrivers. Somebody should patent it and start exporting it!! We have to let the world taste it. No more Corn Flakes, no more French Toast, no more pancakes, no more tea and cookies for breakfast. From now on, just changua with calado as main dish. May be one agua de panela (water of panela) as accompaniment. Betto the Man 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
