Colombian internet censored by private company!

Believe it or not: Bancolombia is providing blacklists to national ISPs. As a proof of concept we have setup www.grupobancolombia.net, which is "neutralized" already. You can enjoy details (in Spanish) on www.grupobancolombia.org - Be fast, site might be down after the weekend, too!
