Colombian Food - How to guides

Hi all.

I have seen some discussions here re: Colombian food and I thought I would share some of what I have on my blog. I have several series of images that show you how to make empanadas, yucas fritas, platanos, bunuelos, and soon, arepas. I am a Colombian-American living in the US, adore Colombian food!

Thanks! Thanks to everyone for their kind words! I hope that I didnt mislead you to think I was selling the empanadas themselves! They barely make it to the table let alone being shipped out of state :-)

Tell me if you meant the booklets :-) If you did, just drop me a PM with your email address.

Please note that I am still working with the publisher so I do not have the booklets ready yet (couple of weeks).
