Colombian Festival de Independencia Orlando?

Dear PBH community.
My wife and I moved to North Carolina and will be in Orlando the weekend of July 11,12,13th and were wondering if anyone could point us to information on the Colombian Festival in Orlando. The only information we got from friends was that it was that weekend and Orlando at the Ramada.

Can anyone help with a bit more info? I've searched around here a bit, and I see a lot of info from previous years.
