platano says on Jul 15, 2005, 23:15: Hey, wasn't Armstrong supposed to win.... in the mountains, where everyone says that is Armstong's strong suit? Botero (3rd place, 88 points) is leaving Armstrong behind. (6th place, 40 points)

Peter Miami says on Jul 16, 2005, 16:35: Platano Congratulations to Santiago Botero he finish second but this race is called “Tour de France it consisted of 24 stages and they are in stage 14. Armstrong has lead 9 of 14 stages. The Tour de France goes on to July 24 with two rest days. What are you tell us that Botero is going to beat Armstrong be he came in second on one stage? Let see first Armstrong has won six year in a row if not the most one of the most dominate single person in any professional sport or for that matter any sport. Second he is in the lead by one minute and forty-one seconds which all and all it is a big lead, hence this is a double wami (second and third). Fourthly unless something bad happens, there are possibly two or three riders that could maybe catch him. Forth as stated by most reasonable expert “Lance Armstrong is the heavy favorite to win the 2005 Tour de France.

Peter Miami says on Jul 16, 2005, 16:45: He is not supposed to win every stage.... He has lead in other mountains on the Tour already and he will lead more of them. Come on man he has lead 9 out of 14 stages! He has won the Tour de France 6 years in a row what does he have to do for you to consider a favorite? Defy the laws of nature, live to pass 100 years old, and win 100 Tour de France. I am curios who do you think is going to win?

Mr. Hollywood says on Jul 17, 2005, 07:46: Platano I think you misunderstand the admittedly complicated rules of the T.D. France. Botero, isn't "ahead" of Armstrong on the tour. He's ahead of him on one of the many smaller challenges within the race.
