Am going to the match 29th May at Fulham but need to find a hotel close by. Can anyone recommend anywhere before I start to trawl the internet. Anyone else going? It'll be my son's first live international match and an opportunity for him to wear the team strip he got from Colombia last month!

Not many hotels that are close to the football ground, but there is a large poshish one in Lillie Road, SW6 - might be called the Intercontinental now - changes it´s name every few years. Failing that, there is the Cunard International in Hammersmith (20 mins walk), and many smallish b&b places. Good transport links to the ground too. Leave the big stick at home...carry a cannon! 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
