juancegomez says on Oct 18, 2006, 11:56: platano Colombia is not "opposing" the election of Chavez per se, but actually fulfilling a previous promise that we made to Guatemala after they and most of Central America voted for the Colombian candidate to the BID, Luis Alberto Moreno (which Venezuela did not support, IIRC).
