Colombia Es Pasion.
You've all seen the ad campaign. But if you had to draw on your own personal experience, what ONE image for you would express that passion?

timeforachangeofscenery says on Aug 23, 2009, 13:15: Passion eh ? What about the single minded determination and inflexible resolve exhibited by Colombia's president Uribe in prosecuting, at great cost to both himself and the nation of Colombia, a war against an hitherto seemingly invincible terrorist organisation known as the Farc with the sole stated aim of returning liberty to the people of Colombia.

johnny2009 says on Aug 24, 2009, 21:18: Colombia es pasión says to me that Colombia no es pasión. I mean it's clever to pick something as appealing as the construct of passion and use that to convince folks home and abroad that is what Colombia is, but to me it says it is what Colombia would like to be. If "Colombia fuera pasión verdadera" Then they could keep their money in their pockets because everybody would already know.
