Colombia es pasión commercials / national anthem.

Has anyone else seen this site ( www.colombiaespasion.com ) ? Apparantly there are also some ads on TV for their "Colombia es pasión" campaign. For those not being in Colombia (like myself) the three commercials can be downloaded from the site ( http://www.colombiaespasion.com/descargas2.htm ), pretty cool. I like the marketplace one most, but all have nice effects and catchy tune at the end.
On another related matter... when I was in Colombia this summer I tried to record with my digital camera the TV when they were broadcasting the national anthem. I really like the video they made for it, but... recording from a television doesn't give good video because of the frequency. So now I'm stuck with the national anthem accompanied with a lousy video in a mov-file. Does anyone know if it can be downloaded from somewhere?
Saludos,

Colombia es pasion has been a huge controversial thing down here. A lot of people disagree with the campaign because they think the logo and slogan have another meaning. Some of the may definitions of pasion in the dictionary imply suffereing and are directly linked with the passion of Christ. And the symbol looks like a sagrado corazon, the symbol of the sacred heart. Since our president is a member of a very orthodox catholic group... some say its has religious connotations...........The day the campaighn was launched.. a lot of the guests ( very important people) spoke out to complain...

check it out and give your opinion.......

Colombia es pasión commercials....Bravo! I just downloaded all three commercials; en el mercado, el sordo y el trafico. They all are very positive mini commercials about colombian fruits, food and scenery.

Colombia es pasion!!

About your question, I guess it is too late, but what you need to do is record the commercial with your VCR and then play back the tape or convert the segment to digital format with your Digital camera.
I suggest you place another thread just asking for this type of help. I am pretty sure someone has a digital copy of the info-commercial that you are looking for. You may find someone who knows how to convert analogue to digital, or one who knows about a software to enhance noise or convert to hi-fidelity audio.

Thanks. Oh, jeez, after all the searching it's just on the Presidencia page! Now I feel just plain stupid, but thanks! They could have put one online with better quality though.

Didn't know that the campaign was controversial. Linking passion with suffering or Christ doesn't seem all that logical to me. The heart logo could perhaps use a yellow and a blue stripe to represent the Colombian flag. Speak with passion is just a nice suggestion, plus I just like the commercial: zooming out of the country, the light effect, the tune and stuff.

As a foreigner. When I was in Colombia this summer I also liked hearing the anthem at midday and at 18 o'clock. Perhaps because it is "out of the ordinary". I like seeing flags just about everywhere (like, every gas station, almost every residencial building, but that could be because 20th of July & 7th of August was near), I like the clip they made for with the anthem, I like those "patriotic" commercials... and I even bought a huge Colombian flag to take home and have it in my bedroom :-)
And now I can't wait to go back for a longer period of time although I have no idea how to handle that, first I have to finish university, then... who knows, emigrate? ;-)
Greetings,
