And Baghdad - 3000 usd a month for a small room without your own bathroom and toilet!! 4,650 USD a month for a small room with a pokey toilet!! 6,324 and it includes three meals a day!

Surely Bagdad or Kabul should qualify in the cheapest category.

For expense, howzabout Vienna, Munich, Geneva....

Seems like a load of Koch to me.

They would never qualify for the cheapest (for expats anyway) - the secure (Ish) areas are hugely expensive and with limited properties it keeps going up.

OK, I've had a look at the original report:

http://www.eca-international.com/ASP/ViewArticle2.asp?ArticleID=216

London came in at No.5 and has been missed out of this article altogether. The whole thing is skewed towards relocating expats requiring high security, It's not about 3 bed apartments at all, it's about making sure the locals don't get at you.

Oh yeah, now I see it...."Fox"
