Gringo Dan is currently building a new home in Pacho. He is a builder in the US (Colorado I think) but he spends half his time in Colombia. I have met Dan in Pacho. He has a construction company and a ranch in the US and spends a lot of time in Pacho. He said he intends to use his new home in Pacho as a "Display Home" (when it is finished) and is looking to build more homes in Colombia.
