I was under the impression that cocoa production was actually up not reduced despite all the lavish funding of Plan Colombia. Is that correct or not? If thats really a substantiated fact that growers are packin up and pullin out for greener pastures in Bolivia and Ecuador, thats really good news and evidence of the viability of Plan Colombia. But I will need more than one article from China to believe that is the case. Anymore articles from the supposedly "unbiased" Colombian press on that subject??
