Miguel_Clavo says on Jun 26, 2006, 10:01: Hers is a suggestion for a New Forum Category: Where In Colombia to find street level cocaine and prostitution. Maybe Peter or Tinto can call it "Prostitution and Cocaine in Colombia 101"..i never realized there were so mannnnyyyyy "Experts" on the cocaine industry here on PBH....maybe they can expound on first hand, not 1,000th hand personal "experiences" with the industry and the associated corruption...??? or are some spouting out the wrong blowhole or regurgitating what they heard at some point in their lives? Rubiazo says on Jun 26, 2006, 11:46: Blame the US? If drug use is really more prevalent in the US, it sounds like we should blame Colombia in that sense, for having those retarded anti-drug attitudes! I'd hardly call Colombia a 'utopia' if they in fact do LESS drugs than the USA.

dwmte says on Jun 26, 2006, 13:11: blame??? who´´s to blame? everybody has their wants/needs, likes/dislikes, etc. myself, i never liked the perico in my nose, never. when i had fabricas here in the late 80´s amd early 90´s i bought it from the kids in the street in poblado at the corner of cl.9 and oriental (ave poblado) i would just stick my finger in the powder and eat it. i had to cover over a hundred miles a day and deal with 12 tallers and about 60 to 70 employees. the ´´blow´´ was like a stout cup of coffee, without congesting my nose and i could sleep when i wanted.

utopiacowboy says on Jun 26, 2006, 14:09: As I have said before, this is the internet. Does anyone really think that everyone here is a goody two shoes? I dare say enough of us have connections to all the guerilla groups and many narcos in Colombia but we'd be stupid to talk about it. Disclaimer: any comment I make is inane and is not to be taken seriously, and is so patently ridiculous that no one should take it seriously, even as an insult. 0 funny, 0 helpful. |

Really the way to break it down should be by city or town, not by country :P I would love to see how for example NYC London Tokyo Moscow and Rio all compare to each other!

famsearch says on Jun 27, 2006, 14:19: just remember this, the next time you think cocaine is funny. a couple of months before my wife and i got married, we got an emergency call from family there. the one member of the family, who was never mixed up in anything illegal, never drank, never smoked, who basically worked, and looked after thier mom, was shot and killed on his way home from work, not more than 20 minutes after telling the mother in law that he was on his way home, because they mistook him for someone else. almost 2 years now, and the mother in law is still inconsolable. yup, cocaine, ha ha, very funny... dan 0 funny, 0 helpful. |

famsearch says on Jun 28, 2006, 16:07: i know what you mean peter, and we did have a good time at the wedding. it's the little things that stick, like having the mother in law hug me on the first day, telling me that one son was taken from her, and another has been returned. just got a little sore since he was killed by the folks who supply that $3 a gram crud. i guess i need to be a little more "colombian" about things. live for today, because who knows what tomorrow will bring. dan 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
