Closet Hotel to the US Embassy Bogota?

Does anybody remember the name of a hotel just about 50 meters or less from Pollos El Brasero o Pollo la Brasa and the little park where they sell fruits on Sundays just across the street from the US Embassy? I want to say it is the Hotel Casa Italiana but I am not sure? This is on the street where the entrance to the Embassy is for visas. NOT El Dorado highway. There is a really good pastry/bread shop almost right across the street from this hotel?

Also, there was a good website like MAPQUEST for the bigger cities of Latin America. You type in an address and they show it on a map. Anybody know that website? I used it for Bogota in the past?
