Prices of course have gone up but you can now contract a killing in Cali via internet (no I don´t have the web page).

“I’m just a contractor who recruits young guys from Agua Blanca.”
“If you want the job to look like an accident or a robbery it costs more. We´re talking $6´000.000. If you want it done from a moto and chao it costs $3´000.000. But I want to clarify that we only do jobs on low profile people.”
I imagine this is still economical compared to US prices and of course most would choose the "moto and chao" option.
