Cirugias Plasticas

I was surprised to learn of the high percentage of plastic surgeries that women have because las cirugias son baratos. My best friend tells me it's the "moda" and that there's a saying in Colombia which translates to something like "if you don't have big breasts, it's not paradise for men." We were MSNing so I wasn't able to copy the quote down. Does anyone know the saying? Anyway, I told my friend that here in Vancouver, Canada it's the opposite. It's a turnoff actually for men here. Then my friend quickly changed the subject so I'm wondering if hers are real which I don't care for but I'm curious...does it matter to you whether the women you hook up with are natural or not?

There was a popular Colombian book and TV show called "Sin Tetas No Hay Paraíso". I'd translate this as "Without tits there is no paradise". I prefer women with real breasts, but fake breasts are hardly a dealbreaker for hooking up. Just as Americans consider the size and number of cupholders to be more important than fuel economy when buying a car... for me, breast size is down the list of attributes I'm looking for in a novia.
