Christopher Columbus!

If my memory serves me today is Columbus Day. Is this celebrated in the only country that carries the name of Columbus? Colombia?

I don't care what the left wing nuts say in America about Columbus. He was a brave man and for better or worse who brought two worlds together. I salute the man!

Columbus was pretty evil, just read Howard Zinn's 'A Peoples History of the United States' to learn about the atrocious things he did to the Native Americans he encountered in the New World.
