Christmas Tree is up!

When I was in the states I started putting up my tree atround December 20. I always waited till there were some good sales at the liquor store. Can't just put up a tree without a few bottles of wine. But here in Armenia they all start on November 1. Everywhere there is Christams crap. I went in a store yesterday to get some hooks to put the ornaments on the tree. I barley made it out alive, I swear! No one was taking prisoners around the Christmas crap. Oh and we were late putting up out tree...one of the last in our community.

Today my wife put up the Christmas Village! This sucker is HUGE!! The Christmas Village thing must be a latino tradition. But I did teach my wife a nice American tradition. Never put up a Christmas tree and all the rest of the crap without lots of wine while you do it...it takes the pain away. Tongiht we are eating at the Village for some Tipico espesiales.

Now for the Santa crap! Does he speak Spanish?

A Chupacabra was just sighted in downtown Pereira chasing people who just bought Christmas ornaments, in addition rumor had it that this thing was wearing Lowell's hearing aids!!

Yep it's xmas season and I'm late in putting things up. I have so much stuff it takes days to do it. Ok Pat. I have the patience to wait to get you. Ordered special underware today. It has a pocket in the back in which I can inset a protection plate. Since my hearing aids are still missing I need protection from unwanted real entries. That info shoud provide you with new material to slime me with. Payback is doubled and doubled.... Kind of like compounding interest. I said COMPOUNDING and not POUNDING!

If I was there, my wife and I could not do all this decorating as as all sorts of red flags would be going up (If you remember our email). I will surface probably within 1 week after getting there. I have some serious butterflies, but everything has been taken care of with several wingman and Mr & Mrs Smith are in town jajaja.

What a putz you are, now I know why you are the only gringo in town and where the rolls of velcro are going to jajaja...

So let me get this straight Mr. Lowell you wear protection due to un warranted rear entries, I thought you were married jaja. Before Colombia and Panama, you came from San Francisco didn't you...I will give you time to fire back, so don't worry. Better a separate post instead of missing up this nice one by Rikito, Kat and all.
