in my experience over the years in colombia....chorizos, in general, suck. i agree, there are occassional exceptions. but my appitite for nostrils, ears, lips and grissle, is really limited.

arepas, on the other hand are something different. i prefer the large round ones (de chocolo) over the small dry, biscuit-like ones. tambien, con queso. yum.
