To- TexasHi could you fill me in on this Hi there...

I am having lipo in Cali this June. I have heard something about this recently from a family member there that said a 15 y/o girl had recently died from a staph infection after getting Lipo. All she wanted for her Quincenera was PS.
I thought this was possibly a once in a blue moon ordeal but looks like there is some suspicion for it not to be...

Could you perhaps email me or PM more about this,,I would appreciate it.

dear barbie, et al..... i am fully convinced that somewhere deep in your psyche the decision to undergo this and possibley other surgical procedures, is mistakenly done for us (men).

allow me out of concern to council you against this. if you want to lose weight...diet. eat less. eat better, healthier foods. exercise a lot more and with passion. but please, do not risk your life and health to please us especially since it's under the disguise to please yourself.

these procedures are dangerous, sometimes deadly and can also disfigure you as well. again, please don't do these things.

it is my hope that you and all women live fulfilled, happy lives without endangering them for no good reason.

i have my wife walking her buns off daily, eating wonderful, healthy foods and enjoying it and looking better every day. to me she looked wonderful all along. but if a man says that to a woman, he's just picking a fight. si o no?

a message from the heart.

peace,
douglas

barbie gorgonanob said it best....take a HOLIDAY!!
however when it's your time to meet your maker, you will meet him
I've become recently aware that 3 women very close to me (my mother, my sister-in law, and a teenage crush) have all had some type of lypo done in Colombia...Cali to be more specific...thank goodness nothing bad happened.
all i would say is make sure the doctor and the clinic/surgery are top notch
I'm sorry to hear what happens to a few unlucky ones but I think one or two might have bought it upon themselves by cutting corners...
Doug was spot on ...as always

Barb.... Generally people who are looking to save alot of money will seek out these procedures in Columbia or Costa Rica, but I will tell you that most of the women I know who have had such procedures done will do one of two things... 1)spend the money and get the best (it's your body after all), or 2)save the money and go to Venezuela. The doctors there do a great deal of the work for most of the people in South America (including complicated transgender procedures), and you should be able to find a competent facility there also. If nothing else, it's worth taking your time and investigating.
