Chiropractors in Colombia?

I'm a chiropractic student in Iowa and my fiancee is finishing up medical school in Cartagena. It will obviously difficult and complicated for her to get her medical license here in the US. Does anyone know of any Chiros in COlombia? I have heard of a couple in Bogota. There are not any laws regulating Chiropractic in Colombia so I suppose I could set up a clinic there before finishing school because I wouldn't need a license.

Your faith in Colombia is touching but I doubt you could just "set up a clinic there before finishing school because I wouldn't need a license".
One way or the other you'll need to apply somewhere for some kind of licence for something and if there's no regulating body you may need a number of different licences.
Be prepared for all kinds of inertia and frustration that can alleviated by application of cold hard cash!

Chiropractors in Colombia? Hi guys! Ok my English is not the best but I’ll try to give some advice: Here in the States health and other insurance companies have chiropractors to help people in cases of post-traumatic treatments, but in Colombia these cases are mostly assigned to medics and other specialists like orthopedists. I had a couple of friends in Colombia who used to go see a chiropractor for a special massage in all the body’s muscular, nervous, and skeletal systems but these is not common practice. The good thing is that Colombia is a cheap country and you can go and see what alternatives you can find. License… I bet you can get one and during that process you can do another job like teach English…I’m serious. Anyway you won’t lose anything by going there and you will be with your girlfriend.

Good luck.

Ixtlan.

Chiropractors in Colombia My girlfriend is from Bogota, and I just got back from visiting with her and loved it. I am going to graduate Chiropractic school very soon, and I don't know anything about the licensing laws there. Can anyone help?
