Chiquita brands and Colombian subsidy is being sued for sponsoring terrorism. This was a news flash on Fox, does anyone have any details about this?

bamacellist says on Jun 8, 2007, 08:23: good grief... The lawsuit is new, but the story has been in and out of the news for quite a while. The company is in all kinds of trouble because it paid, and it has admitted this, protection money to AUC, a right-wing paramilitary group which is on the US State Department's list of officially recognized terrorist organizations. It has admitted paying left-wing groups as well, and while it does appear that the lawsuit is seeking to find them liable for activities this money may have funded on both sides, the current US criminal investigation seems exclusively centered on the money paid to the paramilitary.
