Chess in Colombia

As a chessplayer, I haven't noticed a lot of people playing chess in the parks or streets in Bogota, although there is a place in Cartegena known for this. There is an exellent web site about chess in Colombia at the following link.

There is supposed to be a new chess club at Calle 73 15-10 called CLUB CHORNEY with tournaments on weekends. Has anyone visited it?

Chess club There is a chess club in the Old City located on one of the streets leading into Parque De Bolivar. Its on the corner of the street opposite the Cathedral De Cartagena.

I have walked passed there many times in the early evening and seen half a dozen games going on.

There are bound to be other clubs in Ctg as well.
