I am starting a new business importing cheese. My question to you is:
WHERE DO YOU BUY YOUR CHEESE?
At this time I am not interested in supermarkets i.e. Carrefour, Carulla, Pomana etc. I would like to know if you have a DELIKATESSEN or smaller shop that carries a range of quesos maduros y semimaduros, not just queso doble crema and Mozarella. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Bill Turley says on Jun 10, 2007, 06:20: Cheese I live in a rural area which is famous for cicarones de quajada. Here they produce a mild cheese which melts like double creama but has a little bite like mild chedar. I buy my cheese in one of 2 small general tiendas or send my handyman to the farm.
