Cheapest VoIP service to call Colombian mobile phones

I currently use smsdiscount.com as my VoIP provider to call Colombian mobile phones from the internet. It costs me 4 euro cents (about 5.5 US$ cents) per minute, without any other connection, maintenance or hidden fees. The connection is realiable and the quality is good. Does anyone out there use or know of a cheaper service?

i am also using smsdicount to call colombian cell phones at that rate from the U.S. .. I haven't found a better option.. I do this directly from my cellphone, call the US based connection number and then dial the colombian number. 1.5 euro cents to colombian land line... 4 euro cents to mobile..

please enlighten us if you have a better option for a cell to cell connection.

I was calling from US to Colombia cell to cell 6 cents per minute and 2 cents to land line. When my novia (now wife) came to US she is calling Colombia 300 minutes for $25 a month using telephona rojo. From Colombia the other party can call unlimited time using a local number to call the US.

I use orbitel to call colombian cell phones. Their rates are 5 cents / minute from 6pm to 6am and all weekend, 2 cents / minute to land lines. It's not a voip service, but rather more like a calling card. You could buy their "virtual pin" online with a credit card in minimum units of $10 US.

Unlike some calling cards that I've bought in the past I've had no issues with mysteriously disappearing minutes or poor call quality. The only downside is that you must first dial a local access number followed by a 10 digit pin and then your destination number. Somebody here posted info on this company previously.
