PBH / colombia (travelguide, pictures) / post |
An earlier post mentioned the problems that Colombians can have in Barajas airport and this post mentioned Comet Air, which I had never heard of before.
I checked out their website and their fares from Madrid to Bogota seem quite reasonable - my search for dates whilst although quite a bit in the future were promising and I noticed that It worked out a lot cheaper to buy 2 singles rather than a return.
As I am from the UK this is an alternative I will consider in the future with an easyjet connection involved.
Anybody used Comet and what experiences?

ecco says on Jul 17, 2007, 09:30: I agree their prices seem reasonable. However, I decided to book with Avianca at the last minute (€100 more) as I found a load of terrible reviews about AirComet. They may have been referring to European travel only, but I didn't want to take the chance- if something went wrong then it would be a good way to muck up the beginning of a holiday.
